Clear out the junk

We loved hearing what you've been up to this past long weekend. One of our members shared they were spending last weekend to "clear out the junk" - whether that be physical items around the house, mental burdens they carried from decades ago, or commitments that no longer served them.

In order to make space for the new, you have to let go of what is no longer serving you. Letting go is one of the most challenges skills, and actively takes practice.

Where in your life can you practice clearing out the "junk" to make space for the new?

What's Inspiring Us

  • Anna was inspierd by this podcast, "Breathing is Easy. But We're Doing It Wrong" - she mentioned they "talked about yoga and alternative nostril breathing, and I loved how they included some of the science"

  • Alyssa mentioned "While in Denver my friend and had some Tarot pulled and have been inspired to work on how self care looks for me right now and have been leaning back into doing pages — not as strict to being in the morning or 3 pages long like in The Artists Way, but setting a timer for 5 mins as the boundary and if I do more, great and if not that’s great too :)"

  • Eleanor is inspired by the concept of cycles at the moment, with always the opportunity to start anew with every year, month, day, and even breath
