"New year, new you"

How many times have you heard "new year, new you"?

Truly, you always have the opportunity to begin again. Whether it's with a new month, new week, new day, or a new breath.

It's one thing to decide to begin again, it's another to commit. For me - I need methods of holding me accountable. Whether it's a daily checklist, a buddy with a similar commitment, or even some sort of investment. My 2024 resolution is to be more intentional about my commitments. This means for me being able to say a confident "no" in order to more fully show up to when I say "yes".

Do you have any resolutions? In what ways will you commit to them?

What’s Inspiring Our Team

  • Alan recently saw Joshua Evans speak at an event, and resonated with his quote “Find your purpose behind the effort”

  • Alyssa is currently going through the book Staying Healthy with the Seasons, and mentioned "it's interesting learning about the season of Winter and what is related to it from a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective"

  • Alexis mentioned that "This month, my book club is reading communion by bell hooks. I am soaking in the essence and importance of chosen family and sisterhood, in all of its offerings. I think it’s the perfect read for December amidst increasing holiday gatherings and it’s an opportune time to make more space for all of the things and people that feel good."

  • Eleanor is usually not an Andrew Huberman kind of girl, but enjoyed his recent episode on mobility, posture, & flexibility
