How many seasons have we gone through this week? 

When the universe throws us things outside of our control, we can choose how we respond mentally and physically. Our work across our four modalities prepare us for that - giving you tools in the toolbox to release built up energy and to cue your nervous system to calm down. We explore using the physical body to self regulate across every class - whether that’s shedding some extra heat in our Open or Strengthen classes, scheduling time to rest in our Restore class, or a little bit of both with Breathe.
