together we move forth

Grow stronger, more mindful, and more connected at Forth Studio

Move and be moved across our four different class modalities: Open (yoga asana), Strengthen (mat-based strength training), Breathe (breathwork), and Restore (deep stretching + meditation + sound bath).

Our four modalities are our building blocks upon which we explore their intersections, such as Mat Pilates (Strengthen + Breathe) and Power Flow (Open + Strengthen). All classes are available at our Logan Square / Avondale studio.

how our community feels

  • Forth is a tranquil haven. From the moment you step through its doors, you're greeted by a sense of calm and warmth that permeates every corner of this charming space. The staff were extremely welcoming and the design and gently diffused lighting created an ambiance that instantly relaxed me. Forth also fosters a sense of community. Our instructor had us introduce ourselves with other yogis and it made the space even more inviting.

  • I had the most wonderful experience doing a yoga class today at Forth. I have been waiting for the opening, and I was not at all disappointed. It is a cozy, inviting, space with absolutely wonderful people. Eleanor has created a space that is much needed in the community. The care with which she teaches, and has crafted the energy of Forth is undeniable. I look forward to continuing and growing my practice here!

  • I’ve been coming to Forth for over a month now and can say that I think it’s such a wonderful addition to the neighborhood. Between the founder Eleanor, the incredibly skilled and varied teachers, the ambiance and the community the space creates- it’s just perfect. They offer a variety of movement and meditation classes that really compliment each other. I highly recommend trying a class at Forth!
